Recipe:
- 1/2 cup shredded soap base
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 10-12 drops essential oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Soap colorant (Kayla used two drops)
Directions:
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine soap base and coconut oil.
- Melt in microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted and combined.
- Add in essential oil and combine.
- Add colorant and mix until well combined and desired color is achieved.
- Add sugar and mix until completely combined.
- Spoon into silicone mold. Pack the scrub into the mold really well to get the best shape.
- Allow to set in freezer before removing from the mold.
- After removing soap from the mold, wrap in pieces of cello like a piece of candy. Cello should be cut into 3.5" x 5" pieces. Store in an airtight container and decorate.
